It has taken many years and plenty of hard work to get Best Rate Removals to the structure it has now become. Allow us to enlighten you to how the foundations were built…

It is a story of 3 friends who travelled to New York City, USA in search of a brighter future. With barely a dollar between them and with the knowledge that many of their friends regularly moved around, the removal industry seemed a perfect fit. Being in a new city brought many challenges, but hard work is all these boys knew, working day in and day out for a large New York removal firm based in the Bronx to find their feet. One thing they quickly became accustom to was it truly was a city that never slept, people constantly on the move, companies moving items around on the streets, individuals moving boxes from place to place – noticing that the world itself is constantly moving made these guys feel they were part of something big.

After gaining their valuable experience in the States, it was time to try their arm in another one of the world’s leading cities… London. Having worked for a smaller removal firm for several months, seeing the level of service (or the lack of it!) as well as the reputation many of the companies had in the city, made them adamant they can crack the market and excel and providing a gold standard service at affordable rate.

Best Rate Removals was born. With the money they had saved, the first Luton van was bought. A van we still to this day have as a memento of the grit and exertion these 3 men went through to start a company that now holds one of the best reputations in the industry.

Now with 15 vehicles and a loyal workforce behind them, Best Rate Removals continues to break through barriers and provide the gold star service that has London saying: “they are everything you would want in a removals firm”.
